Legend has it that a man named Trevor Moorehouse has a chainsaw in place of his left arm and wears a hockey mask as he lurks deep in the forest and viciously murders teenagers from the nearby summer camp. This year, the camp counselor's worst nightmares become reality as the legend materializes and traps them in a deadly game of hide and seek. As they begin to disappear one by one, the survivors must decipher an elaborate mystery that ultimately determines their fate. It's a frantic race against time as the sounds of desperate screams and the wail of a chainsaw engulf the isolated woods.
